About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce logistics client seeking an Account Manager to join their team in Paris. This is a hybrid role focused on retaining and growing relationships with key merchant accounts across Europe.

Our client operates a tech-driven fulfillment platform serving hundreds of brands, and they're scaling rapidly. As an Account Manager, you'll be instrumental in building long-term partnerships with strategic accounts while driving growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic merchant accounts
• Act as a trusted advisor by connecting operational topics (service, cost, performance) to business impact
• Define improvement plans with merchants based on data analysis
• Support stakeholders in their day-to-day use of services
• Monitor customer feedback and performance trends, translating them into actionable improvements
• Contribute to product and operational improvements based on merchant insights
• Identify merchant growth metrics and contribute to strategic development
• Implement cross-selling and upselling strategies to address customer needs
• Proactively identify signals of dissatisfaction and implement solutions

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years' experience in customer-facing roles, including experience in logistics, fulfillment, e-commerce, or a related industry
• Native-level French and professional proficiency in English
• Strong communicator and relationship builder, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
• Data-driven approach with solid Excel skills and experience presenting actionable insights during business reviews
• Commercially minded with strong problem-solving, prioritization, and strategic-thinking skills
• Proactive, autonomous, and adaptable
• Based in Paris or willing to relocate
• Bonus: additional languages (Spanish, German), entrepreneurial background, or passion for digital solutions
