About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential robotics organization at the forefront of autonomous industrial systems. Our client is preparing for their most significant product launch to date—a physical AI platform that sits at the center of their category leadership strategy. This is a senior role with extraordinary ownership: you'll define the product narrative, lead content production end-to-end, and carry the marketing mandate for a flagship launch happening in March 2027.

This position sits at the intersection of product, engineering, sales, and marketing. You'll have a named product counterpart, standing invitations to roadmap reviews, and the trust to shape how complex robotics and AI technology gets communicated to customers, sales teams, and the broader market. If you've spent years deep in robotics, automation, or industrial engineering and have a gift for making technical concepts land with different audiences, this role offers a rare combination of strategic ownership and direct impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product narrative: Develop core messaging, positioning, value propositions, and use cases for a physical AI product line. Create the framework that sales, marketing, customer success, and communications teams all draw from.
  • Translate complexity: Turn advanced robotics and AI concepts into language that resonates—whether you're speaking to plant managers, procurement leads, or skeptical engineers.
  • Build sales enablement assets: Own whitepapers, technical datasheets, solution briefs, sales decks, competitive battlecards, and demo scripts. Drive adoption across the commercial team through live enablement sessions.
  • Collaborate at the product level: Work directly with product and engineering counterparts through recurring syncs and standing roadmap access. Bring field insights back to product and get roadmap context out to sales in real time.
  • Lead launch content production: Own video production end-to-end for the March 2027 product debut—from campaign films to the flagship film that plays at the company's largest launch event. Manage creative partners, campaign calendar, and messaging frameworks for a high-visibility, high-stakes public launch.

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, pre-sales/solutions engineering, applications engineering, technical consulting, product management, or hands-on roles in robotics, automation, or industrial tech. Technical depth matters more than title history.
  • Real fluency in robotics, automation, mechatronics, industrial systems, or AI—gained through direct work experience, not just academic study.
  • Proven ability to turn technical complexity into usable content: sales decks, technical documentation, training materials, customer explainers, or similar.
  • End-to-end ownership experience: You've shaped narratives from scratch, not just executed someone else's brief. You've also managed content production from concept through finished deliverables.
  • Fluent English required; German is a strong plus.
  • Nice to have: Experience with robotics-as-a-service, SaaS, or hardware-software business models. Track record running major product launches or live keynote events. Comfort presenting to both technical and executive audiences.
