About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing marketing technology company in their search for ambitious, entrepreneurial Territory Sales Partners across Coventry and surrounding areas. This is a self-employed partnership opportunity—not a traditional employment role—designed for individuals who want to build their own sales business with strong support and guaranteed income while they grow.

Our client provides AI-powered marketing solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. As a Territory Sales Partner, you'll introduce local businesses—salons, restaurants, gyms, cafes, dental practices, and more—to marketing automation tools that help them compete more effectively.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach local businesses in your chosen territory that could benefit from improved marketing capabilities
• Conduct face-to-face introductions and product demonstrations, typically in-person at business locations
• Offer free trial sign-ups and guide prospects through the onboarding process
• Follow up with trial users to support conversion to paying customers
• Manage your own schedule, territory planning, and sales pipeline
• Maintain weekly activity targets to qualify for guaranteed draw payments
• Invoice the client for your earnings as a self-employed contractor

What We're Looking For

• UK-based with the right to work in the United Kingdom
• Registered or willing to register as self-employed (sole trader or limited company) with HMRC
• Comfortable initiating conversations with business owners and decision-makers in person
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset—you'll manage your own time and territory
• Smartphone with internet access for demonstrations and communication
• Reliable transport or a territory with walkable business density
• Sales, field marketing, or B2B experience helpful but not required
• No degree required—we value drive and communication skills over credentials

Compensation Structure

This is a commission-based, self-employed contractor opportunity with a guaranteed weekly draw to support you while building your pipeline:

• Guaranteed Weekly Draw: £500 per week (contingent on meeting weekly trial sign-up targets: 3 trials/week for weeks 1–4, then 4 trials/week ongoing)
• Commission per Closed Account: £250–£350 depending on tier, uncapped
• In weeks where your commission exceeds £500, you receive the full commission amount instead of the draw
• Top Performer Earnings: £4,000–£8,000+ per month
• You invoice the client and are responsible for your own tax obligations

The client provides demo scripts, objection-handling guides, territory mapping tools, and a clear progression pathway for high performers into leadership and regional roles.
