Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential AI marketing technology company in their search for independent Territory Sales Partners across Scotland. This is a self-employed contractor role based in Dundee, offering a unique partnership model with guaranteed weekly draw plus uncapped commission potential.

Our client provides AI-powered marketing solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. They're venture-backed, scaling rapidly across the UK, and building a network of ambitious sales professionals who want to operate their own local sales territory.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and manage your own independent sales operation within your designated territory
• Identify and approach local businesses (salons, restaurants, gyms, professional services) that would benefit from marketing automation
• Conduct product demonstrations using mobile tools and resources provided by the client
• Offer prospective clients free trials and guide them through onboarding
• Follow up with trial users to convert them to paying accounts
• Manage your own schedule, territory strategy, and business development approach
• Invoice the client as a self-employed contractor (sole trader or limited company structure)

What We're Looking For

• Based in Dundee, Scotland with the right to work in the United Kingdom
• Registered as self-employed with HMRC or willing to register
• Self-motivated individuals comfortable with independent work and minimal supervision
• Confident starting conversations with business owners and decision-makers
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build something tied to your own effort
• Smartphone with internet access and reliable transport or walkable territory coverage
• Previous sales, field marketing, or B2B experience helpful but not required
• No degree required—we're looking for drive, communication skills, and work ethic

Compensation Structure

Guaranteed Weekly Draw: £500 per week minimum (as long as trial generation targets are met: 3 trials/week for weeks 1–4, then 4 trials/week ongoing)

Commission: £250–£350 per closed account depending on tier, with uncapped earnings potential. In weeks where your commissions exceed £500, you receive the full commission amount instead of the draw.

Top Performer Earnings: £4,000–£8,000+ per month based on current partner performance data

Career Progression: Clear advancement pathway from Territory Partner to City Captain, State Director, Regional Director, and Country Manager roles with increased commission rates and team override opportunities
