About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential AI marketing technology company in their search for independent Territory Sales Partners across the UK. This is a self-employed partnership opportunity, not a traditional employment position.

We're seeking ambitious, entrepreneurial individuals who want to build their own sales operation introducing local businesses to an AI-powered marketing platform. You'll work with salons, restaurants, gyms, coffee shops, and other small businesses in Sheffield and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach local businesses that could benefit from marketing automation services
• Conduct in-person demonstrations of the platform using your mobile device
• Offer 14-day free trials to qualified prospects
• Follow up with trial users to convert them to paying customers
• Manage your own schedule, territory planning, and sales approach
• Generate a minimum of 3-4 free trial signups per week to qualify for guaranteed draw payments
• Maintain accurate records for self-employment tax purposes

What We're Looking For

• UK-based with the right to work in the United Kingdom
• Registered (or willing to register) as self-employed with HMRC
• Self-starter comfortable with door-to-door and walk-in business development
• Strong conversational skills and ability to initiate relationships with business owners
• Entrepreneurial mindset focused on building rather than clocking hours
• Smartphone with internet access and reliable transport or walkable territory
• Experience in sales, field marketing, or B2B helpful but not required
• No degree required

Compensation Structure

Self-Employment Partnership Model:

• Guaranteed weekly draw of £500 (contingent on meeting weekly trial signup targets)
• Commission of £250–£350 per closed account
• Uncapped earnings potential; top performers earn £4,000–£8,000+ per month
• You invoice the client as a sole trader or limited company
• You manage your own tax obligations
