Generalist in Logistik & Supply Chain (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology organization in Stuttgart seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Generalist. In this role, you will:

• Handle import and export shipments (EU and third countries including China, Switzerland, USA), including customs documentation, Incoterms coordination, and freight forwarding
• Perform country-of-origin and preference calculations as well as customs tariff classification (HS codes) for components
• Manage operational warehouse logistics: goods receipt, picking, and shipping of components to project sites and customers
• Coordinate and manage material flows (dropshipping, warehouse dispatch, spare parts)
• Maintain logistics-relevant master data and processes in the ERP system (Odoo)
• Support adjacent departments such as purchasing, order processing, or warehouse operations as needed

What We're Looking For

• Professional experience in logistics, customs, or freight forwarding—whether through vocational training or university studies
• A doer mentality: you want to build and shape processes, not just manage titles—hands-on operational work is natural to you
• Generalist mindset with logistics focus: you think beyond your immediate area and are willing to support other functions when needed
• Hands-on, structured, and self-directed—you don't wait for instructions
• Language skills: fluent German and good English
