Revenue Operations Process Manager (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential global data and analytics organization in their search for a Revenue Operations Process Manager. This role is based in Hamburg or Berlin and offers the chance to shape commercial operations at scale across international markets.

You'll take ownership of the entire revenue lifecycle—from lead management through subscription renewal and reporting—ensuring consistency, efficiency, and measurable impact across sales and client success functions.

Responsibilities

• Design, standardize, and document end-to-end processes spanning the customer lifecycle, including lead flow, contract management, subscription operations, and revenue reporting
• Partner with revenue leadership and commercial teams to translate business challenges into prioritized requirements for technical and product teams
• Lead project management and stakeholder alignment for major process rollouts and system enhancements
• Maintain a single source of truth for commercial standards, sales policies, and engagement frameworks to drive global consistency
• Define strategic KPIs, monitor process performance, identify optimization opportunities, and report impact to senior leadership

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience designing and implementing sales and client success processes in a B2B or SaaS environment
• Strong ability to deconstruct complex business problems into clear, actionable documentation and technical briefs
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge requests that may compromise scalability
• Solid conceptual understanding of CRM systems (such as Salesforce), including data modeling and reporting architecture
• Demonstrated project management capability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and development cycles
• Fluency in English required; German language skills are a plus
