About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential rapid delivery organization seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for their Brighton location at St Joseph's Business Park. This is a full-time, onsite role working 37.5 hours per week on a shift-based schedule.

You'll be at the center of daily site operations for a fast-paced grocery fulfillment operation, ensuring customers receive their orders quickly and accurately. This hands-on leadership position combines operational excellence with team management in a high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispatch operations to ensure all orders are picked and packed to meet time targets
• Manage inventory procedures including delivery unloading, product location accuracy, date rotation, and claims logging
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety standards
• Conduct regular operational checks and address hazards urgently
• Partner with warehouse management to ensure smooth site operations and adherence to company procedures
• Ensure 100% stock count accuracy across all designated counting areas
• Lead and motivate junior team members through coaching and setting a positive example

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience working in fast-paced operational environments (FMCG, retail, warehouse, or last-mile delivery strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated track record of meeting performance targets such as pick times or dispatch KPIs
• Natural leadership abilities with a "lead by example" mentality and passion for coaching team members
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to improving operations
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Adaptability and resilience in high-energy settings
• Commitment to maintaining operational standards and safety protocols
