Account Executive – SMB

We are representing a confidential logistics technology company in a remote UK-based opportunity for a skilled sales professional. Our talent team is seeking an Account Executive to join a growing sales operation serving the ecommerce fulfillment sector.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business revenue through self-sourcing and outbound prospecting techniques
• Identify and qualify medium-sized ecommerce merchants requiring fulfillment solutions and technology
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using internal databases, creative online searches, cadences, marketing campaigns, and referrals
• Conduct discovery calls and sales presentations to demonstrate value propositions
• Move prospects efficiently through the sales cycle while setting clear expectations
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and partnership agreements
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasting data
• Collaborate with business development, partnerships, and post-sales teams for seamless handoffs
• Provide feedback to management on sales processes and merchant experience improvements
• Identify local market nuances and contribute to process, tool, and documentation refinements

What We're Looking For

• At least 18 months' experience as an Account Executive or Sales Representative in ecommerce fulfillment or logistics tech (OMS/WMS/TMS space)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization and time management capabilities
• Ability to understand complex client needs and handle negotiations effectively
• Proficiency with MS Excel and CRM software
• Self-driven with ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
