Deine Aufgaben
- Praktischer Einstieg in Recruiting und Personalgewinnung mit direkter Verantwortung
- Kennenlernen des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses – von der Stellenausschreibung bis zur Vorqualifizierung
- Screening eingehender Bewerbungen, Bewertung von Profilen und Identifizierung passender Kandidat:innen
- Durchführung erster Telefoninterviews und Bewerbungsgespräche
- Arbeit mit modernen Recruiting-Tools im Tagesgeschäft
Was wir suchen
- Studium in BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Personalmanagement oder vergleichbarem Studiengang – oder Interesse an einem Recruiting-Praktikum
- Interesse an Recruiting, HR und Personalgewinnung sowie gerne Arbeit mit Menschen
- Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten in Telefoninterviews und Gesprächen
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Bereitschaft, schnell Verantwortung zu übernehmen
