Associate Strategy & Operations (w/m/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential renewable energy technology company based in Berlin. Our client is scaling rapidly across Germany and needs a strategic operator to optimize their sales funnel and drive conversion improvements. This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly with sales, marketing, and product teams to implement data-driven growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize booking, conversion, and closing processes throughout the sales funnel
• Create, track, and interpret relevant funnel performance and growth KPIs
• Identify process inefficiencies using AI-supported tools and support implementation of improvement measures
• Contribute to developing, executing, and evaluating initiatives to reactivate lost leads
• Provide daily sales enablement and collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams on data-driven optimizations

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, venture building, startup environments, or scaling-focused operations/strategy roles
• High initiative, strong hands-on mentality, and motivation to drive new topics independently from conception to implementation
• Structured, data-oriented working style with ability to quickly grasp complex relationships and derive pragmatic recommendations
• Experience with AI tools, digital products, or AI-driven business models is a plus but not required
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
