Partner Sales Manager (w/m/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization based in Dortmund that is transforming how households access and utilize clean energy solutions. Our talent team is seeking a Partner Sales Manager to drive growth through strategic partner relationships and sales enablement.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new sales partners and their sales teams, guiding them from initial contact through to successful contract completion
• Provide comprehensive support to existing sales partners through strategic sales and technical guidance to ensure their continued success
• Conduct regular training sessions for new and existing partners and their sales representatives to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills
• Independently plan, organize, and execute sales events focused on renewable energy solutions to help partners expand their portfolios
• Accompany sales partners to customer appointments when needed to actively support the sales process and strengthen direct engagement
• Actively support the implementation of contract closures and contribute directly to shared business success
• Maintain professional relationship management with local partner leadership and represent the organization confidently in all interactions

What We're Looking For

• Several years of sales experience with openness to learning new areas such as renewable energy sales; experience in large-scale financial sales is a plus
• Strong self-motivation and high resilience with the ability to navigate challenging situations successfully
• Passionate coaching mindset with genuine enjoyment in developing people and helping them improve continuously
• Strong drive for success with attention to detail and consistent results orientation
• Comfortable with extensive travel and appreciation for direct engagement with partners and customers on-site
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken) required; additional languages such as Turkish, Russian, Polish, or Romanian are advantageous
