Growth & AI Consultant (w/m/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential renewable energy company in Berlin that is scaling rapidly across the German market. Our talent team is seeking a Growth & AI Consultant to drive process optimization, funnel analytics, and cross-selling initiatives within a fast-paced commercial environment.

This role sits at the intersection of data, sales enablement, and AI-powered process improvement. You will work directly with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to identify inefficiencies, unlock growth levers, and implement data-driven solutions that scale.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize the process landscape and identify cross-selling opportunities across multiple product lines
• Build, track, and interpret funnel metrics, performance KPIs, and growth indicators
• Identify process inefficiencies using AI tools and support the implementation of improvement measures
• Contribute to the development, execution, and evaluation of campaigns to reactivate lost leads
• Provide hands-on support and enablement for day-to-day sales operations
• Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to execute data-driven optimizations

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in management consulting, venture building, startup environments, or other high-growth settings such as growth operations or business development
• High degree of initiative, hands-on mentality, and motivation to drive new topics from ideation to execution independently
• Structured and data-oriented working style with the ability to quickly grasp complex relationships and derive pragmatic recommendations
• Experience with AI tools, digital products, or AI-driven business models is a plus but not required
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
