Growth Marketing Lead

We are representing a confidential AI technology company in Berlin that is redefining demand generation through data-driven systems and intelligent automation. This Growth Marketing Lead role sits at the intersection of growth marketing and go-to-market engineering, where you'll own the enterprise pipeline funnel and build the demand engine that powers it.

Our client is looking for someone who thinks in systems, not just campaigns—someone who can architect AI-assisted workflows while maintaining tight attribution from prospect to revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own full-funnel pipeline generation from awareness to opportunity across inbound and outbound channels
• Connect marketing systems (CRM, marketing automation, LinkedIn, intent tools) to power personalized buyer journeys with clear revenue attribution
• Build AI-assisted workflows for campaign creation, messaging, and audience segmentation
• Run high-velocity experiments across web, paid media, email, social, content, and events
• Scale winning tactics into repeatable playbooks and quickly cut underperforming initiatives
• Maintain tight feedback loops with leadership, sales, product, developer relations, and revenue operations teams
• Activate ideal customer profiles across both technical and enterprise buyer journeys

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in data-driven B2B marketing within AI, deep tech, or developer tools
• Proven track record running full-funnel demand programs with measurable pipeline impact
• Comfortable working with APIs, automation tools, and data workflows (Python experience valued)
• Strong analytical skills—you think in hypotheses and iterate based on data
• Deep understanding of what resonates with technical audiences and business decision-makers
• Experience with modern marketing tools: Clay, CRM platforms, marketing automation, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, web platforms, intent analytics
• Strong foundation in ICP mapping, value-based messaging, audience targeting, and campaign optimization
• Bonus: German language skills, open-source community experience, AI/LLM product marketing background, startup experience
