Sales Development Representative – Munich

About This Opportunity

Our client, a fast-growing SaaS platform serving over 250,000 organizations globally, is expanding their Munich sales team. We're seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to build pipeline and connect with enterprise prospects across German-speaking markets. This is a hybrid role based in central Munich, requiring three days per week in the office near Marienplatz.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage ideal customer prospects through outbound campaigns across key market segments
• Conduct discovery calls to uncover business challenges, needs, and budget considerations
• Qualify leads based on fit, pain points, and buying signals before passing to Account Executives
• Prepare detailed call reports and qualification summaries including contact details, company background, and potential deal sizing
• Maintain accurate CRM records with prospect data, activity notes, and meeting outcomes
• Track performance metrics and analyze activity data to identify improvement opportunities
• Develop prospecting strategies that leverage automation and data-driven insights for maximum efficiency
• Stay current on competitive landscape and industry trends to engage prospects effectively

What We're Looking For

• Native or bilingual German language proficiency with strong English skills
• Exceptional communication and rapport-building abilities for engaging prospects in meaningful conversations
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, and data analysis tools
• Strong time management and organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Demonstrated ability to identify and overcome sales objections
• Self-starter mentality with competitive drive to exceed targets
