Senior Product Manager – Growth & Acquisition (f/m/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech client in Berlin seeking a Senior Product Manager to own digital growth and client acquisition. In this role, you will define and optimize the complete digital journey—from first website visit through onboarding to first investment—working across product, marketing, and sales teams to build scalable, conversion-focused systems that balance premium brand positioning with data-driven experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end digital acquisition funnel from initial website interaction through signup, checkout, and first investment
• Define and drive North Star metrics and funnel KPIs across marketing and product surfaces
• Design and optimize exploration and onboarding journeys in collaboration with Product Design and Marketing teams
• Ensure consistent premium branding, tone, and messaging across all digital acquisition touchpoints
• Own and evolve the MarTech stack including tracking, attribution, CRM, and lifecycle tooling
• Define tracking schemas and user properties to enable full-funnel visibility
• Run A/B tests, experiments, and proof-of-concepts across marketing and product surfaces
• Act as Product Manager and Product Owner for growth initiatives, leading cross-functional teams spanning Engineering, Design, and Marketing
• Prioritize initiatives based on impact, brand fit, and strategic alignment
• Translate brand narratives and campaigns into product-native experiences that build trust and drive conversion

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Growth, or Digital Product roles
• Hands-on experience with analytics, tracking, CRM tools, and MarTech platforms
• Strong understanding of growth funnels, conversion optimization, and experimentation methodologies
• Fluent in both German and English with excellent communication skills
• Ability to align cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering, CRM, Relationship Management) around coherent client experiences
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-ownership scale-up environments
• FinTech or hybrid sales experience is a strong plus
• Personal interest in investment topics is valuable
