About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization in Berlin that is scaling rapidly across Europe. They need a Senior Talent Partner fluent in German and English to own end-to-end hiring across business and technology functions. This is a strategic role reporting directly to senior leadership, with responsibility for shaping how the organization identifies, assesses, and convinces exceptional talent to join.

Your mission is to embed operational excellence: refining what exists, raising the hiring bar, and ensuring every process scales without losing quality or candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete hiring lifecycle from kickoff to offer acceptance across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Corporate roles
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership as a trusted advisor, translating growth plans into hiring strategies and challenging assumptions with market data
• Design and calibrate interview processes using evidence-based assessment frameworks and structured scorecards
• Deliver premium candidate experiences that strengthen employer brand, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism and respect
• Continuously improve recruiting operations by refining workflows, automations, reporting, and recruiter enablement programs
• Use funnel analytics and talent intelligence to identify bottlenecks, optimize sourcing strategies, and improve hiring outcomes
• Maintain high-quality ATS data and establish clear hiring metrics that enable transparent progress reporting
• Represent the organization credibly in German and English across all candidate touchpoints and stakeholder interactions

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years in Talent Acquisition or Talent Partner roles within fast-growing technology companies
• Proven success hiring across Product, Engineering, and business functions in scale-up environments
• Business-fluent German and English with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Strong technical fluency with modern recruiting tools and ATS platforms; experience with Ashby is a strong advantage
• Comfort using AI to accelerate sourcing, communication, research, and operational tasks
• Track record of building credibility quickly and acting as a trusted advisor rather than an order taker
• Operational mindset: you improve existing processes rather than waiting for perfection, and you document best practices that help teams scale
• Deep understanding of candidate psychology, market positioning, and how to create compelling talent journeys
• Ownership mentality with focus on hiring outcomes, not just recruiting activities
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve and structure is still being refined
