About This Opportunity

We are representing a well-funded insurtech organization that is transforming how specialty insurance markets operate across Europe. Our client has secured significant Series B funding and is expanding their commercial team to drive growth in the DACH region.

As Sales Manager, you will own the full sales cycle for enterprise software solutions serving carriers, MGAs, and brokers in Germany and beyond. This is a high-impact role where you'll build relationships with C-level stakeholders and close complex deals in the specialty insurance space.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and manage a robust pipeline of specialty insurance carriers, MGAs, and brokers across Germany and the DACH region
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers including Chief Underwriting Officers and Heads of Digital/IT
  • Execute the complete sales cycle from discovery through demo, proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records in CRM and deliver reliable forecasts against quarterly and annual targets
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to share market intelligence and refine go-to-market strategy
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences and client events throughout Europe

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, particularly selling into insurance, financial services, or complex enterprise environments
  • Experience selling technical or API-driven products to enterprise buyers using a consultative approach
  • Fluency in both German and English
  • Based in Germany with flexibility to travel within Europe as needed
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Self-directed and entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable building processes in a fast-moving scale-up environment
  • Strong advantage: existing relationships or direct experience within the European insurance or reinsurance market
  • Strong advantage: underwriting or broking background
