Ecosystem Manager EV Charging (m/f/x)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential clean energy organization that is scaling critical infrastructure across Europe. This is a hands-on Technical Product Management role at the intersection of software, hardware, and external platform integrations for electric vehicle charging solutions.

You will work at the center of a complex technical ecosystem, owning integrations and services that connect internal teams, external suppliers, and end users. This role combines strategic product thinking with day-to-day execution alongside engineering teams.

Location: Berlin, Germany (hybrid: 3 days office, 2 days remote)

Responsibilities

• Drive development and evolution of ecosystem components, API integrations, and platform services that deliver value for end users and the business
• Own the budget for development and design initiatives within your domain
• Shape and coordinate system integrations across internal teams (software, hardware, operations, commercial) and external partners
• Take ownership of product quality—continuously improving how work is planned, shipped, and maintained
• Proactively identify customer pain points, operational challenges, and market opportunities; translate them into product improvements and initiatives
• Prioritize work using value-based frameworks in a multi-stakeholder environment, balancing customer impact, business value, and strategic goals
• Translate customer, business, and technical needs into clear requirements and user stories
• Support iterative delivery and pilots; equip local markets with tooling, documentation, and support
• Work closely with engineers daily to clarify scope, answer questions, and make implementation trade-offs
• Run Scrum processes for the development team and coordinate work packages with internal colleagues
• Prototype new feature UI/UX directly in live applications using AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot to validate ideas before engineering builds them

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years as a Technical Product Manager or similar role, working on platforms, APIs, integrations, or internal tools—ideally in EV, energy, IoT, or hardware-software ecosystems
• Technically comfortable beyond spreadsheet tools—able to work with APIs, dashboards, and low-/no-code platforms without writing production code
• Comfortable using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot in daily work
• Strong stakeholder management skills; clear, structured communicator who can bridge engineering, operations, commercial teams, partners, and customers
• Data-driven problem solver with strong analytical thinking and UX focus for internal stakeholders and external customers
• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify opportunities, define solutions, and drive initiatives from concept through delivery
• Comfortable operating in complex, multi-stakeholder service environments
• Collaborative, pragmatic, and adaptable in a small, fast-evolving organization
• English C1 required; German is a plus

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process and are competitive for the Berlin market and this level of experience.
