About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare organization in Hamburg seeking a working student to support their human resources department. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical HR experience while completing your studies, working 15-20 hours per week on-site in Hamburg.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and introduction of digital HR processes
• Digitize and maintain personnel files
• Prepare and process employment certificates and other HR-relevant documents
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
• Provide support for additional administrative and organizational tasks

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Business Informatics, (Business) Psychology, or a comparable degree program
• Interest in human resources management and digitalization
• Proficient use of MS Office applications
• Responsible handling of confidential information
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style
• Strong German language and spelling skills (minimum C1 level)
