Account Executive II DACH

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization in their search for an Account Executive II to join their DACH sales team in Berlin. Our client provides spend management solutions that empower finance teams and employees across thousands of businesses. This role offers the chance to drive meaningful revenue impact while working with a collaborative, high-performing sales unit.

As an Account Executive, you'll own the complete sales cycle—from initial outreach through deal closure—and play a key role in expanding our client's presence in the DACH region. If you're passionate about SaaS outbound sales and excited about converting new business, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through product demonstrations and deal conversion
• Achieve and exceed new business revenue targets by building strong relationships with prospective clients
• Source and close your own deals through strategic outbound efforts
• Deliver compelling product presentations that showcase value and drive deal closure
• Collaborate with Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and successful customer adoption
• Develop deep expertise in expense management solutions and industry best practices
• Build and manage your own pipeline to maintain consistent revenue generation

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing your own deals
• Strong rapport-building skills and confident presentation abilities
• Experience in outbound sales with a hunger for new business development
• Background in SaaS sales, ideally in an Account Executive or similar closing role
• Ability to accept constructive feedback and quickly adapt to evolving situations
• Fluency in both English and German (required)
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
