Senior Product Manager – General Contractors

We are representing a fast-growing technology company that is transforming procurement and tendering workflows in the construction sector through AI-powered solutions. This confidential SaaS organization is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy for their general contractor platform—a role with significant ownership and direct impact on a product serving thousands of users across Europe.

This position offers the chance to shape how construction professionals manage complex bid processes, working at the intersection of enterprise workflow optimization and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Independently own product responsibility for core areas of the general contractor platform
• Identify and validate new opportunities within the general contractor workflow, including untapped user groups and additional process steps to digitize
• Build complex B2B SaaS functionality end-to-end—from strategy and discovery through requirements definition to launch—in collaboration with design and engineering teams
• Analyze user behavior, market trends, and product metrics to uncover growth opportunities and convert them into strategic initiatives
• Develop hypotheses, validate through prototypes and experiments, and scale successful approaches with cross-functional teams
• Partner with marketing and customer success to ensure effective go-to-market execution for new features

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS environments, ideally with complex, multi-step workflows for business or enterprise customers
• Proven track record discovering new opportunities—identifying new user segments or expanding product coverage into new process areas
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex challenges into practical solutions
• Routine use of AI tools including LLM-based assistants, MCPs, and no-code prototyping in daily workflow
• Experience with product roadmaps, user stories, and managing the complete product lifecycle
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Location: Berlin or remote within Germany
