About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential EdTech organization seeking an Enterprise Customer Value Partner based in London. Our client works with hundreds of enterprise companies to deliver technology and digital upskilling programs that drive measurable business outcomes. This role is the primary point of accountability for enterprise accounts from contract signature through renewal and expansion.

As the Enterprise Customer Value Partner, you will independently lead the end-to-end customer journey for a portfolio of high-value accounts. You'll build multi-threaded relationships with HR leaders and executive sponsors, translate learning outcomes into business impact narratives, and ensure every program launch is flawless. This is a role for an operator who thrives in ambiguity and can navigate both stakeholder influence and data-driven program management.

Responsibilities

  • Own the complete customer journey for a portfolio of Enterprise accounts, from sales handover through value realization, renewal, and expansion
  • Build and maintain credible relationships across HR, executive sponsors, and business leaders to embed the client's solutions into their talent and digital strategy
  • Partner with executive sponsors to translate complex learning outcomes into specific business impact narratives for senior leadership engagement
  • Develop 12-month Mutual Action Plans and lead Discovery Workshops, establishing governance, success metrics, and operating rhythms
  • Oversee launch excellence and the critical "First 90 Days," collaborating with internal fulfillment teams to ensure technical readiness and cohort setup
  • Lead structured Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) that tell a compelling ROI story, navigating difficult conversations with sensitivity and data-backed logic
  • Synthesize delivery outcomes into compelling proof by correlating program data with client-provided business KPIs to justify further investment
  • Proactively identify expansion and upsell opportunities, building "ready-to-close" commercial cases grounded in customer context
  • Experiment with playbooks and templates to improve processes, acting as a source of best practices for the wider team
  • Align internal delivery, product, and support teams to remove barriers and improve the overall enterprise customer experience

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting, with a proven track record managing and growing high-stakes Enterprise B2B relationships
  • Strong project leadership skills with the ability to leverage internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences during high-stakes implementation phases
  • Data fluency: you can interpret complex datasets and correlate program delivery data with client internal KPIs to build technical ROI cases
  • Commercial acumen with a strong understanding of Net Revenue Retention (NRR) mechanics and the ability to build expansion cases backed by value proof and mutual action plans
  • "Director-ready" presence: you can hold the room during an EBR and navigate difficult conversations with a balance of empathy and data-backed logic
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) with high standards for data hygiene to ensure account health is always visible
  • Experience in EdTech, learning solutions, or workforce development is a strong plus
  • Based in or willing to relocate to London with a hybrid work model (typically three days per week in office)
