Senior ERP Solutions Consultant

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential enterprise software organization in their search for a Senior ERP Solutions Consultant based in London. This role sits at the intersection of procurement technology and customer success, leading implementations for mid-market and enterprise clients adopting next-generation procurement platforms.

You'll be responsible for the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, translating their finance and procurement requirements into working system configurations. This is a hands-on role that combines project management, technical consulting, and stakeholder engagement across diverse industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through customer onboarding with emphasis on stakeholder management and requirements gathering
• Own end-to-end implementation processes, building out customer workflows and configurations from the ground up
• Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects, coordinating requirements and deliverables across timelines
• Conduct training and enablement sessions with customer teams and key stakeholders to drive product adoption
• Partner with product and engineering teams to evaluate feature requests and set appropriate client expectations
• Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and rapid issue resolution during onboarding
• Continuously refine post-sales processes to accelerate customer time-to-value

What We're Looking For

• 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience implementing or administering finance or procurement systems
• Direct implementation or administration experience with ERP platforms such as Coupa, SAP S/4HANA (Procurement and AP modules), SAP Ariba (Buying/Invoicing), Oracle Fusion/EBS, Workday, NetSuite, Sage, or similar tools
• Exceptional communication skills with strong documentation practices
• Extreme attention to detail with a proactive, ownership-driven approach
• Advanced data management capabilities, particularly handling large, sensitive datasets in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to diplomatically push back on requests while maintaining positive client relationships
• Confidence in software configuration (technical development skills are a plus but not required)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment serving clients across multiple industries
