Global Head of Facilities

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential healthcare technology organization that is scaling rapidly across international markets. They are seeking a Global Head of Facilities to establish and maintain world-class physical environments that reflect premium brand standards across dozens of clinical locations.

This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the COO, with responsibility for hard services, soft services, security, and health and safety operations globally. You will lead regional facilities teams and build the systems that ensure exceptional member experiences are repeatable and sustainable as the organization expands.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the global facilities strategy, establishing consistent standards, operating procedures, and performance benchmarks across all international markets
• Build scalable playbooks, tooling, and reporting frameworks that enable efficient growth as new clinical sites and offices are added
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Regional Facilities Managers, providing clear direction and accountability
• Establish operating rhythms, governance structures, and escalation protocols that keep regional teams aligned
• Partner with expansion, operations, and medical teams to develop repeatable models for ongoing clinic maintenance and refresh cycles
• Oversee global vendor relationships and strategic service agreements, ensuring quality and commercial efficiency
• Ensure all facilities meet regulatory, safety, and healthcare compliance requirements with unified risk and emergency preparedness frameworks
• Own the global facilities budget, allocating resources to protect quality while identifying smart efficiencies
• Define and track KPIs across hard services, soft services, security, and compliance, using data to identify trends proactively
• Report regularly on facilities health and strategic priorities to senior leadership

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Significant leadership experience in facilities management, with responsibility for 50-100+ premium high-end consumer locations
• Demonstrated technical competence in hard services: mechanical, electrical, and building systems knowledge sufficient to hold specialist teams accountable
• Deep personal commitment to physical environment quality with strong aesthetic sensibility
• Understanding of operational disciplines that make excellent spaces sustainable beyond opening day
• Strong commercial acumen, including experience managing substantial facilities budgets and complex vendor negotiations
• Experience with facilities management platforms, data reporting tools, and using technology to raise operational performance
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable operating at executive level and with frontline teams
• Willingness to travel internationally to regional sites as needed

Preferred:

• Experience in premium retail, luxury hospitality, or consumer brand environments where physical standards express brand equity
• Relevant professional qualifications in facilities management, health and safety, or building services engineering (NEBOSH, IWFM, BIFM, or equivalent)
• Track record of building facilities teams with genuine craft culture beyond compliance mindsets
