We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization that is scaling its preventative care clinic network across the United Kingdom. As their dedicated recruitment partner, Get A Job.ai is seeking a Procurement & Logistics Specialist to join their Clinic Operations team in London.

This is an entry-level procurement role designed to support the operational scaling of a rapidly growing clinic network. You'll be the second dedicated procurement and logistics hire for UK operations, working hands-on to ensure smooth daily ordering, supplier coordination, and logistics workflows. This role offers significant growth potential as the clinic network expands—moving into category management, supplier relationship management, and contract management over time.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of daily procurement requirements for UK clinic operations, ensuring timely execution of purchase requests, purchase orders, and supplier queries
• Support all procurement and logistics activities related to clinic consumables, operational supplies, and facilities services while ensuring value for money and service continuity
• Manage end-to-end logistics workflows for clinic supplies, including import/export coordination, carrier management, storage, stock management, and last-mile delivery to clinic sites
• Liaise directly with third-party logistics partners to coordinate smooth operations
• Raise and manage purchase orders in compliance with internal purchasing policies and approval levels
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and maintain up-to-date supplier records within the procurement system
• Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency as the network scales
• Ensure end-to-end procurement processes run efficiently and comply with internal controls and UK regulatory requirements
• Monitor and balance workload across the procurement function, flagging bottlenecks and escalating issues as required
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across operations, finance, and the wider procurement team to ensure alignment and transparency
• Support preparation of procurement performance reports and KPIs
• Contribute to catalogue management and preferred supplier frameworks for clinic consumables

What We're Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain, or a related operational role
• Understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) workflows and operational procurement best practices
• Experience coordinating logistics and supply chain activities, ideally including domestic and international freight
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365; experience with ERP systems (Business Central or equivalent) is advantageous
• Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Process-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, scaling environment
