About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cybersecurity SaaS organization seeking a Marketing Specialist focused on Public Sector. This role supports marketing programs across federal, state, and local government markets.

Our client is a fast-growing privacy protection company serving both commercial and government customers. This is a hands-on generalist position ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating marketing programs, adapting content for different audiences, and keeping cross-functional initiatives moving forward.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing programs across federal, state, and local government segments, translating broader marketing priorities into Public Sector-specific deliverables
  • Adapt existing marketing content and messaging for government audiences, including one-pagers, presentations, case studies, email campaigns, and sales collateral
  • Partner with Product Marketing to ensure Public Sector messaging remains accurate, consistent, and aligned with company positioning
  • Support field marketing and event execution, coordinating presence at conferences, industry events, and customer programs
  • Own event logistics including booth preparation, material shipments, vendor coordination, registrations, scheduling, and on-site support
  • Represent the company at events, ensuring a polished experience for prospects, customers, and partners
  • Collaborate with Public Sector Sales and GTM teams to understand needs, gather requirements, prioritize requests, and coordinate delivery
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, establishing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring deliverables move to completion
  • Identify opportunities to standardize and scale Public Sector marketing materials, creating reusable resources
  • Track program and event performance and share insights to improve future execution

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, SaaS, technology, cybersecurity, or similar fast-moving environments
  • Experience as a marketing generalist with exposure to field marketing, events, content, campaigns, product marketing, or sales enablement
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and timelines
  • Experience adapting existing messaging and content for different audiences rather than creating everything from scratch
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience supporting or executing events, conferences, dinners, webinars, or field marketing programs
  • Collaborative working style and comfort partnering across Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, and GTM teams
  • Ability to take ambiguous requests, identify requirements, and coordinate across the organization for execution
  • Comfort in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve and success requires initiative and flexibility
  • Public Sector experience is a plus but not required; primarily seeking a strong marketer who can learn the audience
