(SENIOR) Relationship & Recruiting Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential recruiting and talent placement organization based in München. In this role, you will manage the complete recruitment cycle for challenging specialist and project positions across industrial and energy sectors.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Owning the end-to-end recruiting process for national and international positions spanning project management, enterprise software specialists, and engineering roles
• Actively sourcing experts through business platforms, presenting opportunities, and engaging potential candidates
• Analyzing CVs and conducting interviews to ensure optimal candidate fit and create strong shortlists
• Guiding candidates through the entire placement process from initial contact to successful hire, including negotiating terms
• Building and maintaining structured talent pools within the CRM system
• Collaborating closely with account management teams and supporting multiple major client accounts
• Monitoring the candidate market and serving as a recruiting subject matter expert
• Contributing ideas to optimize processes and drive business growth

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate brings:

• Experience recruiting for cross-functional positions in industrial, energy, or related sectors, with knowledge of staffing services
• Proven success developing effective recruiting strategies and building candidate pipelines
• Proficiency with standard recruiting tools and willingness to explore new sourcing methods
• Experience managing CRM data and maintaining organized systems
• Passion for connecting with people, proactive outreach skills, and comfort communicating with diverse stakeholders
• Drive to improve processes and contribute to shaping workflows
• Results-oriented work style with strong initiative and persistence
• University degree in business or related field (preferred)
• Very strong German language skills (minimum C1 level) and fluent English (B2-C1 level)
