Partnerships Associate Manager – GER

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Partnerships Associate Manager to support growth across the German market. In this role, you will:

• Research and identify prospective partners aligned with our client's strategic priorities and ideal customer profiles, conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis to assess partner fit, customer base, and integration potential
• Own the top of funnel for the partnerships pipeline by proactively reaching out to prospective partners via email, LinkedIn, events, and other channels with a clear value proposition
• Qualify initial partner interest and engage potential collaborators effectively to build a robust pipeline
• Assist in building and maintaining strong working relationships with partners by participating in calls and meetings, preparing follow-ups, and supporting ongoing communication
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver value to partners by understanding their needs and aligning solutions accordingly
• Track outreach and pipeline activity in CRM tools such as Salesforce, sharing regular updates on partner funnel status
• Help improve outreach playbooks and processes while collaborating with partnerships, sales, and marketing teams to ensure partner prospects align with commercial strategy

What We're Looking For

Our talent team is seeking candidates with:

• 1-2 years of full-time work experience in business development, partnerships, finance, accounting, or fintech
• Academic background in business, finance, economics, or similar fields
• Fluent German (C2 level) and English (C1 level)
• Strong curiosity and analytical mindset with structured research capabilities
• Relationship-oriented approach with the ability to build rapport and communicate with clarity
• Self-starter mentality with initiative to manage your own pipeline and eagerness to learn from every interaction
• Team player who collaborates closely with colleagues and internal stakeholders to deliver joint results
• Growth-driven attitude with ambition to develop into a Partner Manager role over time and learn how to build high-impact commercial partnerships
