(Senior) Marketing Operations Manager*In (M/W/D) Crm, Growth, Hubspot

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital media organization seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of their marketing infrastructure. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will sit at the intersection of marketing, sales, and revenue operations.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing creative process improvements to increase both the volume and quality of inbound leads through campaign optimization and funnel conversion points
• Building and evolving the CRM infrastructure including workflows, automations, property configurations, and lead routing systems that are well-documented and scalable
• Managing the interface between marketing, sales, and revenue operations: deal logic, pipeline measurement, attribution modeling, inbound lead segmentation, and lead scoring automation
• Designing and maintaining tracking systems including UTM structures, attribution models, and conversion paths across all campaigns to provide reliable data foundations
• Overseeing daily operation of marketing technology tools and building pragmatic workarounds when platform limitations arise
• Leveraging AI tools to automate workflows, documentation, and repetitive processes
• Ensuring GDPR-compliant marketing processes including double opt-in workflows
• Building actionable reporting dashboards that demonstrate marketing impact through clear KPIs

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Several years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or CRM administration
• Expert-level proficiency with HubSpot including complex workflows, data structures, and reporting capabilities
• Deep understanding of B2B sales processes and complete deal structures beyond basic marketing campaigns
• Strong technical aptitude for API integrations and common automation tools (experience with Zapier is a plus)
• Active use of AI tools for operational tasks and creating intelligent process flows
• Ability to work independently, approach projects methodically, and build processes that run autonomously
• Knowledge of GDPR fundamentals in marketing and form contexts with ability to apply them confidently
• Full professional proficiency in both German and English

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience executing performance campaigns on platforms such as Meta or LinkedIn Ads
