Responsibilities

Our client, a dynamic digital media organization based in Hamburg, is seeking a working student to join their Data & Automation team. In this role, you will:

• Identify opportunities to automate existing workflows and extract meaningful insights from data
• Support the creation, preparation, and ongoing development of sales and partnership strategies and annual planning
• Analyze strategic partner goals and identify growth potential across the organization's product ecosystem
• Analyze diverse data sources (including CRM data, market research platforms, etc.) and create processes with evaluations and analyses to improve sales activities
• Research potential new industries, sectors, and contact persons
• Improve data quality, connect data across the organization, and prepare findings in dashboard and presentation formats
• Research and evaluate the existing tool stack and identify best-in-class solutions on the market
• Collaborate closely with sales, partnerships, and cross-functional teams
• Contribute ideas and actively participate beyond assigned tasks

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled student at a German university in IT, Business, Economics, Finance, or a comparable program
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM systems
• Strong interest and understanding of automation and scripting tools (e.g., make.com, Zapier, n8n)
• Basic knowledge of SQL or programming languages such as Python or TypeScript
• Experience with Google Suite tools is a plus
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail regarding numbers, data, and facts
• Structured, goal-oriented, and independent working style
• German language proficiency required for this Hamburg-based position
