QC Specialist

About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential technology client in their search for a QC Specialist based in Mexico. This role focuses on quality control processes for background screening operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail across criminal records, employment verifications, and health screening documentation.

Important: Due to business and compliance requirements, this position is open only to candidates currently residing in Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify criminal and civil records for accuracy, ensuring grammar, spelling, and formatting meet quality standards
• Confirm that criminal records are reportable under applicable state and federal law
• Verify that minimum two full identifiers match criminal records to provided data
• Define uncommon disposition terms and ensure records have not been duplicated on other products
• Review employment verifications to confirm accurate scoring, closing comments, and proper documentation
• Proofread verification materials to ensure all grammar, spelling, and formatting is correct
• Verify attachments match provided data and that all personally identifiable information has been properly redacted
• Ensure no protected class information is present in documentation
• Review compliance forms to verify correct completion
• Coordinate with verification teams to clarify errors or issues
• Conduct database searches as needed and process results
• Perform quality control on various products and documents as required

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of data entry experience preferred
• Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Superior attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with Salesforce strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business-related discipline preferred
• Must be currently residing in Mexico
