Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential training and professional development organization in Germany, and our talent team is seeking a Lead Management Specialist for their sales function. In this role, you will:

• Manage and qualify inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns
• Conduct outbound telephone contact with leads, prospects, and corporate clients to introduce the training portfolio
• Analyze lead quality and conversion metrics to optimize the sales funnel
• Collaborate closely with the Key Account Management team to support client acquisition
• Drive new customer acquisition through structured follow-up and relationship building
• Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within the CRM system

What We're Looking For

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or relevant university degree
• Understanding of business metrics and commercial relationships
• Initial experience in sales or a sales-adjacent environment
• Hands-on experience working with CRM systems
• Strong preference for telephone-based customer interaction and direct client contact
• Structured working style with demonstrated initiative and team collaboration skills
• German language proficiency required for this role
