Sales Recovery Specialist – Pet Supplements

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential health and wellness organization in the Philippines that is seeking a Sales Recovery Specialist to join their growing team. This remote role focuses on re-engaging customers who have expressed interest in pet supplement products but haven't completed their purchase. You'll be the bridge between hesitation and action, helping pet owners make informed decisions while driving revenue growth.

This is a unique opportunity to combine sales skills with genuine care for pet health, working with warm leads who have already shown purchase intent.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to customers who abandoned their carts or encountered purchase difficulties
• Guide pet owners through product selection, answering questions and addressing concerns with clarity
• Build trust with potential customers by providing consultative support rather than high-pressure tactics
• Convert warm leads into completed sales by addressing objections and reinforcing product value
• Maintain ethical sales practices, ensuring all communications comply with regulatory requirements
• Leverage CRM tools and sales platforms to track engagement and follow-up activities
• Participate in ongoing training to develop sales techniques and product knowledge
• Work collaboratively with management to optimize conversion strategies

What We're Looking For

• Self-motivated individuals with a strong drive to succeed in a commission-based sales environment
• Knowledge of, background in, or genuine passion for health and wellness topics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proven ability to build authentic connections and maintain professional relationships
• Availability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) starting at either 8 AM CST or 12 PM CST
• Reliable technical setup including a fast laptop or desktop with working microphone, camera, and headset
• Ethernet connection strongly preferred for call quality
• Minimum internet speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload with low latency (under 150ms), minimal jitter (under 30ms), and packet loss under 1%
• Comfortable with remote work tools including CRM systems, communication platforms, and video conferencing

Pay

This role offers hourly compensation plus uncapped commission based on net sales performance within bi-weekly pay periods. Specific compensation details will be discussed during the screening process with our recruiting team.
