Business Intelligence Analyst

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization in Poland that is transforming how medical services are delivered through digital innovation. Our talent team is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join their operations and drive data-driven decision-making across the business.

This is a hybrid or remote role based in Poland, offering the chance to work with complex healthcare datasets and directly influence organizational growth through actionable insights and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to generate actionable business insights for telehealth operations
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI, Google Sheets, and other BI tools
• Conduct KPI analysis to monitor business performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Perform cohort analysis and customer profiling to understand patient behaviors and trends
• Oversee data warehouse migration projects ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption
• Supervise data warehouse implementation while ensuring data integrity and security
• Implement data governance best practices to maintain high data quality standards
• Work with API integrations to ensure seamless data flow between systems
• Manage and optimize data storage solutions including BigQuery and MySQL
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and IT teams to support their data needs
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all organizational levels

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a BI Analyst or Data Scientist
• Proven experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
• Proficiency in MySQL for database management and queries
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets and MS Office Suite
• Familiarity with BigQuery for large-scale data analysis
• Experience with API integrations and data exchange between systems
• Strong skills in data mining, statistics, and reporting
• Proficiency in product analysis, including user behavior analysis and feature adoption
• Fluent Polish language skills (required)
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Analytical mindset with ability to ask "why" and seek better solutions using first principles thinking
• Startup mentality with focus on rapid execution and experimentation
• Results-oriented approach with strong accountability

Pay

This position offers compensation via B2B contract or employment agreement. The client's budget for this role is 16,000 - 25,000 PLN net + VAT monthly, depending on experience.
