Senior Technical Program Manager – Security

We are representing a confidential AI technology organization seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead critical security and compliance initiatives. This is a rare opportunity to shape how a rapidly scaling platform protects its infrastructure, user data, and global commitments across engineering, legal, policy, and product domains.

As their systems grow, so does the complexity of securing infrastructure, preventing misuse, and meeting regulatory requirements. This role sits at the intersection of insider threat, information security, physical security, and IT—driving execution on the initiatives that matter most.

This is a deeply technical, execution-focused position for a structured operator who thrives in ambiguity and can partner across organizational boundaries to deliver scalable security outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of critical security and compliance programs including vulnerability management, merger and acquisition security integration, infrastructure hardening, and datacenter security management
• Collaborate deeply on technical architecture and resolve complex technical problems in partnership with engineering teams
• Partner with IT, Infrastructure, Application, Legal, Privacy, and Security teams to build scalable programs delivering outcomes across insider threat, information security, physical security, and IT disciplines
• Establish scalable frameworks and build programs around vulnerability management, evidence collection, incident response coordination, supply chain risk management, and device security
• Translate privacy and security commitments into engineering milestones and drive full implementation across systems
• Create and maintain program-level visibility across risk areas, security milestones, and cross-organizational dependencies
• Communicate status, risks, tradeoffs, and decisions clearly to technical and executive audiences with urgency and care

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience leading complex technical programs focused on infrastructure security, data privacy, compliance, or enterprise platform capabilities
• Deep fluency in the intersection of engineering systems, security controls, and regulatory expectations
• Empathetic communicator and leader able to influence across technical and non-technical audiences and build durable trust
• Proven record of driving highly cross-functional efforts across engineering, infrastructure, legal, compliance, and product stakeholders
• Structured, detail-oriented, and rigorous approach to quality, accountability, and delivery
• Thrives in high-trust environments and brings systems thinking to ambiguity with a bias for aligned execution across organizational boundaries
• Located in the USA
