Mortgage Sales Recruiter

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech client in their search for a Mortgage Sales Recruiter. This remote position is open to candidates based in the USA. You will own the full-cycle recruiting process for senior-level loan officers, working closely with sales leadership to build a high-performing team across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruiting process for Senior Loan Officer candidates—serve as their trusted contact from initial outreach and screening through interviews, offers, and reference checks
• Engage with sales leadership to understand market priorities and corresponding resourcing needs
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders; coach them on hiring best practices
• Draft job specifications and manage job posting processes across relevant platforms including LinkedIn
• Manage and maintain the talent pipeline, leveraging data to inform hiring projections
• Maintain the ATS (Lever) and provide timely, thoughtful feedback to all candidates to ensure data integrity
• Leverage recruiting platforms to actively engage and source candidates
• Validate candidates' mortgage production using data sources such as MMI
• Provide weekly updates to key stakeholders on recruiting activities and pipeline status
• Champion the organization's culture and vision throughout the candidate experience

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience recruiting loan officers and sales professionals (strongly preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven negotiation abilities
• Strong time management skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Flexibility and responsiveness to feedback; comfort navigating ambiguity
• Commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Proficiency with Google Suite and ATS platforms (our client uses Lever)
• Prior remote work experience is valued

Pay
