Account Manager Planning – CDD – F/H

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media agency in Paris seeking an Account Manager Planning for a 6-month fixed-term contract (CDD) to cover maternity leave.

In this role, you will join the Planning team responsible for 360-degree media planning (both online and offline) with a focus on branding objectives. Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing campaigns from initial client brief and channel recommendations through to end-of-campaign reporting
• Implementing processes and maintaining the media platform with key campaign information to track budget investments
• Coordinating daily with international counterparts based in London
• Collaborating across disciplines including strategy, various media experts and buyers, and analytics teams
• Overseeing the orchestration and execution of both online and offline media channels

What We're Looking For

Our talent team is seeking candidates with:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Marketing or Communications
• 3-4 years of experience in a media agency environment
• Fluent English (written and spoken) – essential for international collaboration
• Strong analytical skills with a genuine interest in numbers and data-driven media strategies
• Solid knowledge of online and offline media channels in both planning and execution
• Excellent writing and presentation abilities
• Agile, curious, and autonomous working style
• Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Good understanding of billing and invoicing processes
• Experience working with international hubs is a plus
