Senior Product Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization that is redefining product management for the AI era. Our client seeks a Senior Product Manager who builds with their own hands, not just through others. This is a role for someone who prototypes in hours, ships in days, and uses AI as a force multiplier for impact.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own a meaningful product surface end-to-end. You will decide what to build, prototype working versions yourself using AI coding tools, live in customer data and feedback, and iterate rapidly based on what you learn. The most successful PMs at our client find new leverage every quarter that didn't exist before.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery for a defined product area, balancing immediate wins with longer-term strategic investments
• Run continuous product discovery, building and deploying agents to monitor and synthesize customer signals
• Write clear PRDs and specifications that enable engineering and design to move quickly without ambiguity
• Define success metrics before building, track them post-launch, and iterate when outcomes don't match expectations
• Prototype your own concepts using AI coding tools like Cursor and Claude Code—show working demos before writing tickets
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams without requiring process management
• Present roadmaps and results to stakeholders and leadership, updating direction transparently when priorities shift
• Identify friction in team operations and propose concrete improvements

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in product management with demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a product area in a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven track record of shipping features from concept through launch and iterating based on data
• Strong prioritization skills—you know how to say no and can defend your decisions with clarity
• High customer empathy with the ability to separate what users say from what they actually need
• Comfortable with data: you define your own metrics, query dashboards, and build arguments from numbers
• Clear written and verbal communication—your specs and strategy docs create alignment without follow-up meetings
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments—you don't wait to be told what to do
• Hands-on with AI tools in your daily workflow, always exploring new ways to increase leverage

AI Proficiency Expected:

• Generate artifacts that accelerate alignment: draft PRDs, map user flows, validate launch readiness, synthesize research and feedback, produce competitive analyses, and write release notes
• Prototype and iterate independently using AI coding tools like Cursor or Claude Code to build functional demos without waiting for design or engineering
• QA your own work using browser automation to test flows, verify edge cases, and confirm shipped features match specifications
• Stay current with AI capabilities and actively experiment with new tools to fold into your workflow
