Client Lead Paid Social – Luxury Client Team – F/H – CDI

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential luxury brand client seeking a Client Lead for Paid Social Media. You will join a specialized team managing prestigious accounts with varied marketing challenges.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned luxury brand portfolio, responsible for understanding their marketing objectives and implementing ambitious paid social media strategies that drive digital performance.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Managing and monitoring client investment budgets across social platforms
• Tracking campaign performance evolution and implementing optimization strategies
• Leading account strategy development and creating long-term vision for clients
• Coordinating with consultants to ensure operational execution aligns with approved strategy
• Identifying synergies with other digital channels to maximize impact
• Proposing innovative tests and taking calculated strategic positions
• Maintaining regular client communication including performance reporting, action plans, and strategic counsel
• Sharing knowledge internally and contributing to the team's culture of learning

What We're Looking For

You bring at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Paid Social Media, gained either at a media agency or on the client side.

You demonstrate strong autonomy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to synthesize complex information clearly.

You excel at relationship-building with both clients and colleagues, combining active listening, analytical thinking, teamwork, and clear communication in both written and verbal formats.

You are naturally curious and thrive on creating solutions and tackling challenges. You enjoy sharing your expertise with others.

Professional-level English fluency is required for this position.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is essential.
