Consultant(e) Paid Social – F/H – CDI

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital media agency in Paris seeking a Paid Social Consultant to join their specialist social media team. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of prestigious clients, applying creativity and strategic thinking to accelerate their digital performance across all social media platforms.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, identifying and integrating their marketing objectives into actionable strategies
• Defining coherent and ambitious strategies that translate client goals into precise KPIs and structured, evolving roadmaps
• Deploying validated strategies with operational excellence
• Managing and monitoring client media investments
• Tracking campaign evolution and coordinating optimization efforts with internal teams
• Exploring synergies with other marketing levers
• Proposing innovative approaches, testing new tactics, and taking calculated strategic positions
• Communicating regularly with clients to provide counsel, share performance metrics, action plans, and campaign results
• Demonstrating proactivity both with clients and internally by sharing test results, strategic choices, and expertise
• Optionally participating in our pitch task force to contribute to business development initiatives

What We're Looking For

Experience:

• Previous experience in Paid Social, ideally within a media agency or on the advertiser side

Technical Skills:

• Mastery of major social media advertising platforms
• Proficiency in Excel and Looker Studio or similar reporting and dashboarding tools
• Strong command of Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint)

Interpersonal Skills:

• Good level of English communication
• Strong oral communication abilities
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-expert audiences
• Collaborative team player comfortable working with diverse profiles
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities
• Comfort with numerical data and analytical thinking
