Stage Communication – Stratégie & création de contenus (Adopt AI)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential events and innovation organization seeking an intern to support communication and content strategy for a major international AI summit taking place in Paris in December 2026. This is a 6-month full-time internship starting September 2026, based in the 9th arrondissement with partial remote work options.

Working directly with the communications lead, you will contribute across a wide spectrum of activities:

• Content Creation: Design visuals using Canva, produce short-form video content for social media (reels, stories, teasers), and draft posts for speakers, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders across verticals including finance, healthcare, and sports
• Email Marketing: Write and distribute targeted marketing emails to various professional communities
• Community Management: Schedule and moderate publications across multiple LinkedIn accounts (7 total), monitor engagement, and animate online communities
• Partnership Support: Track partner deliverables and coordinate communication of partnership benefits
• Post-Event Activities: Sort and select event photography, draft thank-you and highlight posts, verify and publish video replays, and assist with post-event debriefs

You will be encouraged to bring ideas and proposals, working collaboratively within the events and communications team.

What We're Looking For

Education & Background:

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in communication, marketing, or equivalent
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence and event management

Skills & Qualities:

• Excellent written French with bilingual English proficiency (both written and spoken)
• Sensitivity to brand positioning, messaging consistency, and editorial coherence
• Highly organized and rigorous with project management capabilities
• Autonomous, curious, and proactive with fresh perspectives

Technical Requirements:

• Canva expertise (essential)
• Video editing tools experience (appreciated)
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Pardot or similar
