Emerging Talent Recruiter, Engineering

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology organization seeking an Emerging Talent Recruiter for their Engineering teams in Paris. In this role, you will own the full candidate lifecycle for interns, new graduates, and early career engineering hires across EMEA.

You will manage end-to-end recruiting for assigned schools, functions, and programs—from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance. Your work includes delivering a consistent, high-touch candidate experience at every stage, maintaining pipeline momentum, and proactively diagnosing funnel issues.

As a brand ambassador, you will represent our client at university campuses and virtual channels across EMEA. You will own key university relationships, plan and execute recruiting events including career fairs, hackathons, and information sessions, and build authentic connections within student communities.

You will drive inclusive hiring by building diverse sourcing strategies, tracking representation across your funnel, and taking action to improve outcomes where candidates drop off. You will use data to inform decisions, know your conversion metrics and offer acceptance rates, and bring insights and recommendations to hiring partners. Testing new engagement formats and sourcing strategies will be part of your iterative approach to improving recruiting outcomes.

What We're Looking For

For Recruiter level:

• 1-3 years of experience in campus, university, or early career recruiting
• Proven ability to build and manage candidate pipelines end-to-end
• Strong communication skills with the ability to represent an employer confidently to students, hiring managers, and university partners
• Comfort with data and the ability to track your own metrics to improve your approach
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability to manage multiple events, timelines, and candidates simultaneously
• Fluency in English and French; additional European languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel to campuses across Europe

For Senior Recruiter level, additionally:

• 3-5+ years of experience in campus or early career recruiting, including ownership of complex school relationships and programs
• Track record of shaping strategy and influencing hiring partners with data to drive measurable improvements
• Experience as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, holding hiring teams accountable to shared goals
• History of mentoring or coaching other recruiters
