About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential data and AI consulting organization seeking a Partner – AI Strategy & Transformation to join their Paris operations. This senior leadership role focuses on guiding enterprise clients through AI strategy definition and execution at the executive committee level.

Our client operates across 26 countries with a specialized focus on data-driven transformation, serving over 1,000 clients globally across multiple sectors including retail, hospitality, telecommunications, and energy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a portfolio of strategic AI and data mandates from scoping through execution
• Build and maintain C-level and executive committee relationships with enterprise clients
• Drive commercial development of the practice: identify opportunities, structure offers, and respond to tenders
• Supervise and develop consulting teams including consultants, data scientists, and data engineers assigned to client engagements
• Contribute to thought leadership through speaking engagements, publications, and industry events focused on AI strategy

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting with direct exposure to Data and AI topics
• Strategic and operational experience in technology domains (Data, AI, Cloud) is a significant advantage
• Demonstrated network of technology partners and enterprise-level client contacts
• Proven ability to autonomously lead and grow a practice with strong commercial acumen
• Hunter mentality: you identify business opportunities and actively pursue them
• Entrepreneurial mindset with capability to operate independently
• Fluency in French required for this Paris-based role; English proficiency expected
