  • Advise departments on privacy aspects of SaaS products and internal processes, including data minimization, access controls, deletion procedures, and privacy by design
  • Review data processing agreements and conduct preliminary assessments of new service providers and AI tools
  • Manage the data protection management system, including policies, templates, controls, and remediation tracking
  • Build and maintain an inventory of AI systems, classify them according to the EU AI Act Article 6 and Annex III, and determine the organization's role as provider or deployer

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum three years of professional data protection experience, with substantial time in a second-line function such as privacy coordinator, compliance, governance, or external advisory with comparable audit responsibilities
  • Demonstrated experience conducting data protection impact assessments, legitimate interest assessments, and transfer impact assessments
  • Strong command of GDPR at the regulatory level, familiarity with EDPB guidelines, and knowledge of case law regarding third-country transfers and controller/processor roles
  • Documented exposure to AI governance and the EU AI Act—such as AI system classification, assessment of LLM-based features, model or bias reviews, transparency notices, or AI policy development (full AI Act expertise not required; willingness to develop depth on the job is sufficient)
  • Structured and reliable work approach with high attention to detail in documentation
  • Fluent German and English
