Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential construction organization seeking a Senior Construction Site Manager for civil engineering projects in München. You will independently lead demanding infrastructure projects from preparation through successful completion. Your responsibilities include steering and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal site teams while maintaining accountability for budget, schedule, and quality standards. You will serve as the primary contact for clients, planning offices, and project stakeholders throughout the construction phase, manage variation orders, and ensure comprehensive site documentation.
What We're Looking For
