Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential construction organization seeking a Senior Construction Site Manager for civil engineering projects in Stuttgart or Karlsruhe. In this role, you will independently lead demanding infrastructure projects from preparation through successful completion. You will manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal site teams while maintaining responsibility for budget, schedule, and quality requirements. As the primary point of contact, you will liaise with clients, planning offices, and project stakeholders throughout all construction phases. Your duties include executing claims management and ensuring complete site documentation.
What We're Looking For
Our talent team is seeking candidates with a completed degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualification. You must bring several years of professional experience as a construction site manager in civil engineering, along with solid knowledge of VOB (German construction contract procedures) and construction contract and claims management. Strong leadership and organizational competence combined with entrepreneurial thinking are essential. We need someone with an independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style who can handle complex infrastructure projects with significant autonomy.
