Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Marketing Operations

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential field service technology organization in München that is looking for a motivated working student to support their Marketing Operations team. This role offers hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM management, and data quality processes in a growing software company.

This is a part-time working student position (approximately 15 hours per week) with flexible scheduling to accommodate your studies. The role is hybrid, with the flexibility to work remotely several days per week and on-site near München Ostbahnhof.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of automated marketing workflows and email campaigns within the marketing automation platform
• Maintain and enrich CRM data to ensure high quality and accuracy across systems
• Manage lead uploads and ensure new contacts are correctly integrated into existing systems
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve marketing reporting processes
• Assist the content marketing team with the development and execution of various topics and formats

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program such as Business Administration, Business Informatics, Communications, or a comparable field, ideally in an advanced semester
• Ideally some experience with Microsoft Dynamics or another CRM tool from internships or university projects
• Interest in data-related topics and eagerness to learn new tools and processes
• Structured, detail-oriented working style with initiative and independence
• German and English language skills at C1 level, both written and spoken
• Availability for approximately 15 hours per week with flexible scheduling
