About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential clean energy organization with operations across Europe and beyond. They are building the next generation of integrated energy solutions and expanding their presence in Nürnberg. We are seeking a working student to support office management and team experience at this new location.

This is a working student position (Werkstudent:in) requiring 15–20 hours per week during semester, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours during semester breaks. You must be enrolled at a German university with at least two semesters remaining.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup and furnishing of the new Nürnberg office, including showroom design and configuration
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including workspace preparation and hardware setup
• Manage day-to-day office operations: mail handling, vendor coordination, and administrative support for the People Operations team
• Organize regular team events and activities
• Help create a positive, motivating, and welcoming workplace atmosphere for the entire on-site team

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled at a German university with at least two semesters remaining
• Available 15–20 hours per week during semester (up to 40 hours during semester breaks)
• Previous practical experience from working student roles, internships, or part-time jobs in office management, events, HR, or service environments is advantageous
• Reliable, well-structured working style with a hands-on mentality
• Strong communication skills, openness, and ability to maintain overview when managing multiple parallel tasks
• High motivation to be regularly present on-site in Nürnberg
• Excellent German language skills required; English proficiency is a plus
