Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential food manufacturing organization seeking a Quality Management / Quality Assurance professional for their facility in Visbek, Niedersachsen. In this full-time role, you will:

• Ensure compliance and continuous improvement of quality and food safety standards
• Plan, coordinate, and support internal and external audits
• Develop and enhance the quality management system, processes, and documentation
• Actively participate in HACCP, food defense, and food fraud teams
• Process customer complaints and objections, implementing appropriate corrective measures
• Plan and conduct training sessions on quality, hygiene, and food safety topics
• Support departments with quality-related questions and implementation of quality requirements

What We're Looking For

• Completed training or degree in food technology, food science, or a comparable field
• Knowledge of relevant quality and food safety standards such as IFS-Food, HACCP, or GMP
• Strong quality and hygiene awareness with structured working methods
• Team spirit, initiative, and willingness to take ownership of your responsibilities
• Proficient use of standard Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent German and good English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Reliability, resilience, and solution-oriented approach to work
